Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Lead and grow the secondary sales division, overseeing team performance, driving revenue, and ensuring consistent deal flow across key communities in Dubai. You'll be responsible for mentoring brokers, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong market presence while ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the secondary sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Recruit, mentor, and train brokers to ensure consistent performance and development.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share within key communities.
  • Provide market insights and guidance to agents regarding pricing, listings, and negotiations.
  • Monitor team KPIs, deal pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure high levels of client service throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and industry partners.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements.
  • Work closely with marketing and management teams to support lead generation and brand presence.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Strong expertise and knowledge of the Dubai secondary property market.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive revenue and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of RERA regulations and Dubai property procedures.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
