Job Summary
The Secondary Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and expanding A1 Properties secondary market division, focusing on resale and ready residential and commercial transactions. This role involves driving revenue growth, improving listing quality and conversion rates, strengthening client and investor relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the full secondary sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Performance Management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for secondary (ready) residential and commercial properties
- Oversee the full secondary sales cycle from listings and lead generation to negotiations and deal closure
- Monitor team performance, conversion rates, pipeline health, and KPIs
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports to senior management
- Identify new market opportunities, pricing strategies, and listing acquisition initiatives
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of secondary market property consultants
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor daily activities
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and strategy meetings
- Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and high-energy sales culture
Client, Owner & Investor Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, investors, and end users
- Support consultants in listing presentations, valuations, and high-value negotiations
- Ensure accurate pricing, professional listing standards, and strong market positioning
- Maintain long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent service
- Represent A1 Properties at client meetings, networking events, and property tours
Market Intelligence & Business Growth
- Track secondary market trends, pricing movements, absorption rates, and buyer demand
- Provide insights on pricing strategies, listing performance, and buyer behavior
- Collaborate with marketing teams on portal strategies, campaigns, and lead generation
- Improve lead conversion from property portals, referrals, and internal databases
Compliance, CRM & Reporting
- Ensure all secondary transactions comply with RERA, DLD, and UAE real estate regulations
- Maintain accurate CRM records for listings, leads, and deal pipelines
- Ensure proper documentation including Form A, B, F, and MOUs
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance analysis, and improvement plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing secondary market sales in Dubai or the UAE
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ property consultants
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding secondary sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's secondary residential and commercial market
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong CRM knowledge and reporting capability
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Valid UAE Driving License
- RERA certification preferred
- Ability to build and maintain a professional social media presence
