Job Description
Manage and maintain physical and electronic documents, including scanning, indexing, archiving, and SAP-related records. Ensure compliance with travel and expense policies. Manage employee leave requests and balances in SAP. Perform accurate SAP data entry, including invoices and purchase orders.
Organize documents for easy retrieval, version control, and traceability. Control document distribution to internal and external stakeholders. Review documents for accuracy and compliance. Develop and maintain document control procedures.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel. Draft and send emails, memos, letters, and requests. Provide administrative support to project managers and team members. Use SAP and document management systems effectively while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
