Job Role Summary
We are looking for a responsible Secretary to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Following up on the manager/executive's important tasks and deadlines
- Organizing meetings
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Conducting or preparing any required researches
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases, document control and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative processes
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Various ad hoc requests
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Secretary/ Administrative Assistant
- A Bachelor degree is a must
- Emirati nationality
- Outstanding organizational & MS Office proficiency
- Ability to multitask and time management skills
- Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
- Fluent English speaker
