Role Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary / Document Controller to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for supporting daily office operations while ensuring the efficient management and control of project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and update both physical and electronic documents.
- Manage project files and records in accordance with company document control procedures.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general administrative tasks.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documents are accurately filed, easily accessible, and compliant with company standards and project requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a contracting company.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism.
