Summary-
We are seeking a dynamic Secretary to support our Engineering team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the department.
Job Responsibility-
- Provide administrative support to the Engineering team such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute engineering-related documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for engineering documents and correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating communication between different departments and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory for the Engineering department.
Candidate Requirements-
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other office management tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
