A well-known company in the tourism field in downtown is seeking a highly professional Executive Secretary to support the General Manager and ensure smooth daily operations.
Location: Downtown, Cairo
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Day Off: One day per week
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the General Manager's office workflow
Perform filing, data entry, and general clerical tasks
Draft and proofread letters and reports
Organise documents and maintain accurate records
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally
Schedule meetings and manage the GM's calendar
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Monitor office supplies
Provide general administrative and office support
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Language school graduate is a strong plus
Excellent French language skills
Very good English communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organisational and time-management skills
