Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Organize the executive agenda and assist in planning appointments.

Handle and screening incoming correspondences (emails, packages, and letters), phone calls and redirecting them when its appropriate.

Preparing meeting agendas and schedule meetings and appointments internally and externally.

Archiving and filing all confidential and important documents as well as other regular documents and contracts.

Ensure office space is organized, tidy and clean.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

-BA Degree.

-From 2 to 3 years of experience as Secretary, preferred in educational institute.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Excellent in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

-Excellent computer skills (MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Working Conditions:

Job Type: Full Time Job.

Work Location: On-site, Fifth Settlement, New Cairo.
