Job Description

A prestigious Government Entity in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic and strategic Section Head – Commercial Initiatives to lead business development, commercial strategy, and stakeholder engagement across major infrastructure and capital projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives.
Lead business development efforts and support the successful delivery of commercial initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Conduct commercial, financial, and feasibility analyses to support decision-making.
Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements and partnerships.
Monitor the performance of commercial initiatives and recommend continuous improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that support organizational growth.

Requirements

UAE National (Family Book required).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial management, business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field.
Strong understanding of commercial strategy, financial analysis, and business planning.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within government, infrastructure, construction, real estate, or capital projects sectors is highly preferred.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
