Role: Section Head - Retail & Concessions

Role Summary:
Drive revenue by managing the end-to-end performance of Retail, F&B, and Service Concessions. Oversee contract negotiations, vendor compliance, 24/7 operational efficiency, and tenant mix to maximize passenger experience and commercial yield.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute the long-term commercial strategy for retail and F&B outlets to exceed revenue targets.
- Tenant Management: Direct the RFP/tender process for new concessionaires, evaluate proposals, and negotiate highly profitable lease and license agreements.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales per passenger (SPP), conversion rates, and overall commercial Key Performance Indicators to optimize space utilization.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure 24/7 compliance with standards, including visual merchandising, health and safety regulations, and customer service delivery.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between authorities, vendors, and suppliers to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience in concessions, f&b, commercial operations, high-street retail, or mall management.
- Skills: Expertise in contract negotiation, financial forecasting and market trend analysis.
