Role Purpose:
To lead and manage the marketing section at Alfanar Projects, ensuring the execution of impactful campaigns, brand consistency, and strategic alignment with the company's vision. The Section Manager – Marketing will oversee content, digital strategy, PR, and events, driving initiatives that enhance Alfanar Projects reputation across regional and global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, and event platforms. • Lead a cross-functional team of content creators, designers, and digital specialists to deliver high-quality marketing outputs aligned with business goals.
• Manage the company's corporate brand and messaging across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and alignment with Vision 2030.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to produce timely campaigns for product launches, partnerships, exhibitions, and internal events.
• Develop annual marketing plans and calendars that support lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic positioning in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
• Supervise marketing analytics and reporting, ensuring data-driven decisions and continuous optimization.
• Oversee content development for newsletters, social media, press releases, and internal communications.
• Manage the section's budget, vendor relationships, and procurement processes related to campaigns and media buying.
• Contribute to internal branding and employee engagement initiatives in coordination with HR.
• Ensure alignment with the organization's sustainability, innovation, and localization narratives in all marketing deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or Business Administration. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIM, AMA) is preferred.
• 6–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or section head role.
• Strong experience in B2B marketing within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
• Proven ability to manage cross-channel marketing campaigns and lead high-performance teams. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
