Drive aggressive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the designated sector, as well as expanding existing client accounts.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their specific industry challenges.
Work closely with presales and technical teams to ensure Alkan Telecom's communication and technology solutions (e.g., data solutions, cloud services, managed services, cybersecurity) are tailored and presented effectively to address the unique operational and strategic requirements of the sector's clients.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis specific to the assigned sector to understand industry trends, client needs, regulatory landscape, and competitive offerings, informing sales strategies and product development.
Develop accurate sales forecasts for the sector, manage sales pipelines, and provide regular, comprehensive reports on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives to the Senior Sales Manager.
Lead complex negotiations with enterprise clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Alkan Telecom and successful contract closures.
Evaluate and improve sales processes and methodologies relevant to the sector to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall sales effectiveness.
Collaborate effectively with other departments such as presales, product development, project management, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant sales certifications or an MBA are a plus.
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role, with a significant focus on selling complex enterprise solutions (e.g., telecommunications, IT, technology services).
Proven sales experience within the banking sector.
Strong understanding of internal banking structures, with demonstrated experience selling technology solutions to both the Information Technology function (led by the CIO) and the Cyber Security function (led by the CISO).
Well-established network and solid professional connections within the banking industry.
Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to specific industry sectors.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills for enterprise-level deals.
