Account Health Management: Responsible for the overall health of the account, ensuring that all security operations run smoothly and efficiently.
KPI and SLA Compliance: Ensure that the teams meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in place.
Contract Management: Oversee contract management, invoicing, recruitment, and selection processes. Maintain high standards for personnel, uniforms, and equipment.
Security Escalations: Serve as the focal point for security escalations, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with Facilities Management (FM), Operations (Ops), and IT to develop processes that improve work conditions and the environment for security personnel.
Vendor Liaison: Liaise with Security Vendor Leadership for any necessary escalations, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
Visitor and Audit Management: Act as the security manpower responsible for visitors, auditors, and customers, ensuring their safety and security.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve the security posture, evaluate costs, and explore potential reductions.
Leadership: Serve as the senior professional for the entire account, leading and mentoring the security team.
Selection Criteria:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in any related field.
At least 8 years of management experience in security.
Successful completion of the Supplier's security training curricular.
Strong analytical mindset and focus to drive informed solution considerations and decision making.
Excellent conflict management and communication skills
Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) and/or privacy certifications (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM) are a big plus, if any
