Role Brief

As an L2 SOC Analyst you will investigate complex security alerts, lead incident responses, and protect our clients from cyber threats. You will also help mentor junior analysts and improve our detection tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate & Respond: Handle escalated alerts, perform root-cause analysis, and mitigate security incidents
• Build & Tune: Create and improve SIEM/SOAR use cases and detection rules
• Threat Hunt: Actively search for hidden threats and Indicators of Compromise (IOCs)
• Mentor & Improve: Guide L1 analysts and help upgrade SOC processes and security policies
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in (SOC)
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SIEM platforms, SOAR tools, packet analysis, and (EDR)
• Certifications: Relevant certifications like CompTIA Security+, GCIH, GCIA, or CISSP are a strong plus
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong English communication skills
