Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuwait City for a Security & Emergency Response Manager. The position involves overseeing security operations and developing comprehensive emergency response plans to ensure the safety of people, property, and assets. The responsibilities include training staff on emergency preparedness, managing security personnel, coordinating emergency services, and implementing policies for crisis management. The role requires close collaboration with various departments and external agencies to maintain a high standard of safety and preparedness across all operations.

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Expertise in Emergency Services and Emergency Management.
• Proficiency in Training and Preparedness to ensure readiness for crisis situations.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with local and international laws and regulations related to security and emergency response.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Experience in relevant roles or industries is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Emergency Management, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications in security or emergency response are a plus.
