Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah for a Security Guard at Emirates American School. The Security Guard will be responsible for monitoring and securing the premises to ensure a safe environment for students, staff, and visitors. Daily tasks include conducting patrols, managing access control for the property, handling visitor inquiries, and promptly responding to any safety or security incidents. The Security Guard will also ensure compliance with school policies and emergency protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong Physical Security and Personnel Security skills to maintain a safe school environment
- Experience in Private Security and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact courteously and effectively with students, staff, and visitors
- Attention to detail and quick decision-making capabilities
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours
- Previous experience in a school or similar environment is an advantage
- Relevant certifications or training in security practices is a plus
