Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Manager based in Mecca. The Security Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and management of security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and protection of hospital personnel, patients, visitors, and assets. Primary responsibilities include supervising the security team, managing physical security operations, assessing risks, conducting routine inspections, and coordinating with relevant authorities. The role also involves ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to safety and security standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Physical Security and Security Management to manage personnel and safeguard hospital premises
• Strong knowledge in Information Security and Cybersecurity to ensure secure handling of sensitive data
• Proficiency in Network Security for the protection of digital systems and infrastructure
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Experience in crisis management and emergency response planning
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively
• Relevant professional certifications, such as CPP, PSP, or CISSP, are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, or a related field is preferred
