Job Description
Supervise daily security operations, monito attendance in camps, ensure all g employees report for duty, and prepare reports on attendance, incidents, and any security issues.
Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment to ensure continuous surveillance of the premises.
- Ensure all staff report for duty on time and are properly deployed across assigned locations.
- Conduct regular checks and patrols to maintain discipline and security standards.
- Record and report any absences, delays, or misconduct of security personnel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and incident reports related to operations.
- Coordinate with management on security issues, incidents, and improvements.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, or suspicious activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
Qualifications
- UAE National (Emirati)
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in security operations (military/police background preferred)
- Experience in supervising a teamel
- Good knowledge of CCTV monitoring and reporting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle incidents calmly and professionally
