Position Summar

yThe Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily security operations of Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah, ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, contractors and hotel assets. The role supports the Security Manager in implementing security policies, emergency response procedures, loss prevention initiatives and ensuring compliance with SIRA, Dubai Police, UAE Civil Defense and Radisson Hotel Group standards

SIRA & Regulatory C

  Ensure full compliance with SIRA regulations and licensing req
• uirements.Verify that all Security Officers hold valid SIRA Security Guard
• Licenses.Maintain security documentation and support SIRA inspections a
• nd audits.Ensure compliance with Dubai Police and UAE Civil Defense re

gulations.

  Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Hospitality, Criminal Justice or
• a related field.Valid SIRA Security Supervisor Lice
• nse (Mandatory).First Aid, CPR and Fire Safety certification
