Job Summary-
We are looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee our security operations and ensure the safety of our premises. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of security guards, implementing security protocols, and responding to any security incidents.
Job Responsibility-
- Supervise and train security staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively
- Develop and implement security procedures and protocols
- Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to any security breaches
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises
- Coordinate with local law enforcement in case of emergencies
- Investigate security incidents and provide reports to management
Candidate Requirements-
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
