Role Description

The Self Supervision Unit Manager at Hyperpay plays a critical role in overseeing compliance and regulatory adherence within the organization. This position is responsible for conducting thorough screenings against sanction lists, managing the freezing and blocking processes for individuals and entities, and ensuring that all requests are handled in a timely and effective manner. The manager will collaborate with various departments to gather necessary documentation and prepare detailed reports that align with SAMA's guidelines.

Additionally, the role involves the continuous development and revision of internal policies and procedures to maintain compliance with local regulations concerning counter-financing of terrorism. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SSU Manager, compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
• Strong understanding of payment processing services and industry regulations
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
