Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced airport retail environment. The role focuses on assisting customers, promoting products, and maintaining high standards of store presentation while working flexible shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Help customers locate products and suggest suitable alternatives
- Provide accurate product information and basic customer support
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and shelf presentation
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Follow company policies, security, and airport regulations
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily store operations
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, travel retail, or other high-volume environments
- Experience in food and beverage industry
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts
- English and Arabic language skills suitable for customer service
- Outgoing, positive personality with strong customer engagement skills
- High standard of personal grooming and professional appearance
- Must be eligible to obtain:
- Airport security pass
- Municipality license for working with food
- Candidates must not be currently studying
