Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales & Customer Service professional, based in Cairo. Responsibilities include interacting with clients, addressing inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, and managing end-to-end sales processes. Candidates in this role will also provide product training, build professional relationships, and ensure a top-quality client experience by achieving and exceeding sales and service targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients professionally and effectively
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with proven ability to achieve targets and manage leads
- Capability and experience in delivering Training to ensure consistent customer and team satisfaction
- Proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle customer interactions with patience
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required
- Familiarity with call center or BPO operations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or customer service is preferred
