Summary

Leadmanufacturing operations by driving process improvements, optimizing equipmentand material flow, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhanceproductivity, quality, and operational efficiency in a wafer fabricationenvironment.

Responsibilities

.Lead and coach Manufacturing Specialists and Supervisors to achieveproductivity and operational targets.

.Drive manufacturing discipline to minimize quality excursions, IRR, rework, andscrap.

.Manage WIP movement to meet daily output and On-Time Delivery (OTD) goals.

.Oversee BOM planning, reticle, and stencil management.

.Implement manufacturing systems (RMS, barcode, RFID) to improve traceabilityand reduce manual errors.

.Ensure compliance with fab safety standards.

.Plan and coordinate equipment installation, upgrades, and facilityimprovements.

.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.

Requirements

.Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering withat least 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a semiconductor fabor Diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

.Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (eWLB, WLB, WLD),process technology, and electronics/mechanical principles.

.Proven leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
