Senior 2D Designer - Events

About the company:

The company is an event management company delivering events, exhibitions and brand

experiences. The design team works on fast-moving projects where strong creative ideas have

to turn into polished, on-brand execution.

The Role:

We're looking for a Senior 2D Designer (AI-Enabled) who can own a project from brief to final delivery with minimal supervision. You'll be a fast, hands-on designer with a refined visual eye, and you'll use AI as an advanced part of your workflow to raise both the quality and the speed of your work. AI supports your design judgment and never replaces it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take projects end to end: understand the brief, set the creative approach, explore

directions, and develop the chosen one into a coherent visual system through to final

execution;

• Design branding, event and campaign assets, including visual identities, key visuals,

social media content, event collateral, booth and environmental graphics, presentations,

mockups and brand applications;

• Use AI tools across the process (research, ideation, concept development, visual

exploration, asset creation, enhancement, refinement and mockups) while keeping full

creative control of the final output;

• Make confident design decisions and present and defend your creative direction
• Manage multiple deliverables at once and keep quality high under tight timelines
• Keep visual consistency across all touchpoints of a project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer, with a portfolio showing senior-level, conceptually strong work;
• Excellent design fundamentals: composition, typography, hierarchy, color, proportion,

layout and branding;

• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills;
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Magnific or similar, used within a professional design workflow (no specific stack required);
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently, decide quickly and deliver fast;
• Based in Egypt, comfortable working remotely.

Nice to Have:

Experience in branding, events, exhibitions or visual communication

Experience with booth, environmental or large-format graphics

Experience designing presentations and mockups.
