Role Description The Senior 3D Event Designer +5 is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This role involves developing 3D concepts and visualizations for events, including stage setups, exhibition booths, immersive spaces, and branded environments. The designer collaborates daily with event planners, project managers, and clients to interpret briefs, refine creative directions, and ensure designs align with functional, technical, and budgetary requirements. Responsibilities include creating detailed 3D renderings, preparing presentation materials, coordinating with production and fabrication teams, and adjusting designs based on feedback and on-site constraints. The role also includes contributing to pitch presentations, supporting sales with visual assets, and maintaining consistent design standards across multiple projects.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong event design skills, including 3D event designing and layout visualization for stages, booths, and experiential spaces.
• Candidates should possess event planning and event management skills to translate concepts into feasible, timely, and budget-conscious productions.
• Candidates should possess communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and to present design concepts clearly.
• Candidates should possess sales-related skills to support proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations with compelling visual narratives.
• Proficiency in 3D design and visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or similar), plus Adobe Creative Suite for presentations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D event design, exhibition design, or related experiential design fields.
• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods, lighting, and technical production constraints for live events.
• Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Event Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
