We are currently partnering with a leading communications agency in Dubai that is looking to appoint a Senior Account Director to lead a portfolio of high-profile corporate and government-related accounts.

This role would suit a strategic communications professional with strong experience across corporate PR, particularly within sectors such as government entities, investment authorities, economic development, tourism, infrastructure or large-scale national initiatives.

The Senior Account Director will act as a senior advisor to clients, leading strategy, overseeing campaign delivery and managing senior stakeholders across complex communications programmes.

The Role

Lead the strategic direction for a portfolio of corporate and government-focused clients

Provide senior communications counsel to C-suite stakeholders and senior government representatives

Develop integrated corporate communications strategies including media relations, thought leadership and reputation management

Oversee the development and execution of campaigns supporting investment initiatives, economic development, tourism and national projects

Manage senior client relationships and act as the main point of contact for strategic guidance

Lead and mentor Account Directors, Managers and Executives across multiple accounts

Ensure high-quality delivery of communications programmes including media relations, executive profiling, announcements and issues management

Support new business development, including strategic proposals and pitches

Work closely with integrated teams across digital, creative and public affairs to deliver fully integrated campaigns

Experience Required

10+ years experience within a PR or strategic communications agency environment

Strong experience across corporate communications and reputation management

Proven work with government entities, sovereign funds, investment bodies, tourism boards or major infrastructure projects

Strong understanding of the UAE media landscape and stakeholder environment

Experience advising senior leadership teams and managing high-profile communications programmes

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple complex accounts

Strong commercial awareness with experience growing accounts and supporting new business
