About the Role:

At Damana Insurance, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth by building strong relationships with brokers and direct clients, expanding our market presence, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and direct clients to increase business potential.
  • Identify new opportunities and implement strategies to grow the Abu Dhabi branch portfolio.
  • Promote and cross-sell insurance products across Medical, General, and Motor lines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development within the insurance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Medical, General, and Motor insurance lines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • UAE market experience is mandatory
  • Arabic nationality.
