Senior Account Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Senior Account Manager. The Senior Account Manager will oversee client relationships to ensure client satisfaction, manage project timelines and budgets, and serve as the main point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include developing strategies and solutions, communicating client goals and objectives to internal teams, and proactively identifying new opportunities for growth. This role involves regularly collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure creative and strategic alignment with client expectations.

• Client Relationship Management and Account Servicing skills to effectively manage client communications and maintain long-term relationships
• Project Management and Budget Management expertise for ensuring projects meet deadlines and financial objectives
• Strategic Planning and Business Development capabilities, with experience identifying client needs and pursuing growth opportunities
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills for delivering ideas, concepts, and proposals to clients and teams
• Knowledge of Branding, Creative Strategy, and Digital Communications is essential
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in client servicing roles within a creative or digital agency is highly desirable
• Proficient in tools and platforms related to project management and digital marketing
