Connectalents is a leading recruitment and HR solutions company in MENA is seeking to hire Senior Account Manager in Sherton & 5th Settlement for a leading provider of advanced technology solutions across the Middle East & Africa, specializing in Cloud, Data Analytics, AI, and Digital Transformation.
Job Role
- Manage and grow key enterprise accounts
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive pipeline generation through outbound and inbound channels
- Identify new business opportunities across MEA region
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Work closely with marketing on lead generation campaigns
What we are looking for:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a sales related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Account Management & Sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the IT industry, with Enterprise software
- Proven sales management experience
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Excellent English
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS / Cloud Solutions
- Background in Data Analytics or AI solutions
Working Conditions
- Onsite (Sheraton / New Cairo)
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
