Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor within the IT services space, providing clients with advice on the latest technology trends
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver technology focused transformation projects across a variety of areas
- With the support of our sales/pre-sales teams, assess client opportunities, generate & respond to RFP's, create proposals and presentations, establish senior relationships with clients and prospective clients and help to close/sign new deals
- Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models and project team organization and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
- Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges in the sectors, markets and geographies (focus on Qatar) in which our clients operate and offer clarity in how these affect our clients businesses and initiatives
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth of practice activities within our key client portfolios
- Align with Business Unit goals and objectives, support company financial goals including revenue and profit targets
Requirements
- Demonstrable broad and deep expertise in the Qatar market
- Deep industry experience in trend-setting, digital & innovative technology focused leadership positions, or the equivalent from a recognized consultancy practice
- Strong knowledge of software engineering and digital service based consulting
- Willingness to lead people and recruit your own team
- Ability to travel on an as needed basis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Seasoned presentation skills
- Gravitas and personal credibility with senior executives
- Demonstrated success in effectively managing client consulting engagements in fast-paced environments, meeting expectations and completing the management of digital innovation transformation programs to completion
- Sound business acumen; commercial and strategic skills; numeric fluency; negotiation skills; advocate for diversity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field required
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
