MCH Global is an award-winning experiential marketing agency delivering impactful live communications and brand experiences across local and international markets. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager in Riyadh, KSA to play a key role in leading client relationships, driving commercial growth, and delivering best-in-class experiential projects from brief through execution.

Depending on project size and complexity, the Senior Account Manager will have full or shared responsibility for project delivery. Working closely with senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams, this role acts as both a business strategist and trusted client advisor, ensuring creative excellence, operational rigor, and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Business Development

  • Support company growth through new business assessment, pitch participation, and resource planning.
  • Lead and contribute to winning creative pitches in collaboration with creative, strategy, technical, and design teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business objectives and translating them into effective experiential solutions.
  • Confidently present agency credentials, capabilities, and integrated solutions to clients.
  • Drive revenue growth while balancing client value and agency profitability.

Project & Operations Management

  • Interrogate briefs, scope projects, allocate resources, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Develop clear internal briefs to guide strategy and creative development.
  • Lead creative brainstorms and champion innovative approaches in live experience delivery.
  • Oversee creative treatments, proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and staffing plans.
  • Ensure adherence to agency processes, quality standards, and measurement of effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Present ideas and strategies clearly to both internal teams and clients.

Projects may include exhibitions, product launches, conferences, public events, brand activations, and consumer experiences.

Client, Governance & Process Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with clear, timely communication.
  • Ensure alignment on scope, budget, timelines, roles, and project status across all stakeholders.
  • Uphold governance, documentation, and process discipline throughout the project lifecycle.

Team & Organisational Leadership

  • Lead project teams from planning through execution and reconciliation.
  • Manage internal communications, meetings, and delivery milestones.
  • Develop junior talent through mentoring, feedback, and stretch assignments.
  • Recommend and support internal and freelance resourcing needs.
  • Champion internal systems, quality improvement, and company values.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in client/account management within an events or creative agency.
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of creative, operational, technical, digital, and logistical production elements.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and budgets.
  • Strong awareness of industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies.
  • Agile, innovative mindset with a passion for ideas-led experiences.
  • Strong alignment with structured processes, values, and quality standards.
