Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Manager specializing in Exhibitions and Events. The role is based in Qesm Heliopolis. The Senior Account Manager will oversee event planning and execution, build and maintain client relationships, manage budgets, and ensure successful delivery of projects. They will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines. The individual will also be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and account management.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Account Management with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency, for effective collaboration with clients and teams
  • Experience with Budgeting and financial management for projects
  • Skilled in Event Planning, including organizing and executing large-scale exhibitions and events
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on Sales opportunities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in event and exhibition management is a significant advantage
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
