Responsibilities:
Generate innovative ideas to support customers.
Identify and approach potential clients.
Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team.
Assure that the customer's business issues are resolved in order to sustain the business relations and maintain sales opportunities.
Responsible for achieving quarter and annual targets.
Use client feedback to improve customer experience.
Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in IT sales.
Written and verbal communication, including presentation of products or services.
Negotiating and closing deals.
Being self-motivated.
Customer oriented.
