Senior Account Manager

Real Estate | Hospitality | Automotive | Retail

We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Account Manager who can lead pitches, elevate client excellence, and drive a minimum 30% year-on-year revenue uplift across their portfolio.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a growth role.

The Mission

Own and grow a portfolio across real estate, hospitality, and automotive sectors

Deliver minimum +30% YOY revenue growth across assigned accounts

Lead pitch processes end-to-end (strategy, scoping, pricing, presentation)

Protect margin while expanding scope

Turn retainers into long-term partnerships

Core Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth & Commercial Ownership

Build 12-month growth plans for each account

Identify upsell opportunities across content, campaigns, production, events, strategy

Proactively propose new revenue streams quarterly

Track performance vs revenue targets monthly

Maintain strong margin discipline

2. Pitch Leadership

Lead new business and upsell pitches

Translate client challenges into strategic responses

Scope and price accurately (protecting profitability)

Present confidently at CMO / Director level

3. Client Excellence

Be the strategic partner, not the order taker

Maintain C-suite relationships

Deliver quarterly business reviews

Ensure flawless delivery with internal teams

Resolve issues before they escalate

4. Portfolio Expansion

Cross-sell across verticals

Introduce sister brands or developer groups

Turn projects into annual retainers

KPIs

30% YOY revenue uplift across portfolio

70%+ client retention

40%+ gross margin target (or aligned with your agency model)

Minimum 2 proactive revenue proposals per client per quarter

Successful pitch conversion rate target (e.g. 40%+)

Ideal Profile

610 years agency experience

Proven experience in real estate, hospitality, or automotive

Strong commercial mindset (understands margin, not just media metrics)

Confident presenter

Strong negotiation skills

Calm under pressure

Naturally relationship-oriented
