Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in UAE for a Senior Account Manager in medical marketing Sector. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing account operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing strategies to grow client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include leading client meetings, monitoring account performance, ensuring timely deliverables, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage client relationships within the medical and healthcare sectors.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of medical marketing projects and campaigns.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams including medical writers, strategists, creatives, and regulatory experts.
- Ensure client objectives are met on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and creative briefs.
- Guide the development of compliant medical content and promotional materials.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Approaching new clients, especially in a medical agency or healthcare-related field .
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of account management experience in a medical communications, healthcare, or pharmaceutical agency.
- Proven track record managing complex client accounts and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/medical marketing regulations and compliance.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management and CRM software (e.g., MS Project, Salesforce, Asana).
- Bilingual ( Arabic / English ) is a Must .
