Senior Account Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships through reliability, responsiveness, and strategic understanding
• .Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans and ensure alignment across creative, strategy, and media teams
• .Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across all deliverables
• .Lead client presentations and strategic discussions, while proactively identifying challenges and recommending solutions
• .Mentor and guide account teams, ensuring adherence to agency processes while identifying opportunities to grow client partnerships

JOB SPECIFICATIOS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field

.6–8 years of experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising or marketing agency.

Skills:

• Agency experience is a must
