We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns and exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple client accounts (including some based in the Gulf area).
- Handle both digital and offline marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Create and review content plans and ensure brand consistency.
- Understand and monitor ads performance and analytics reports.
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver fresh, creative ideas and strategies.
- Prepare campaign presentations and reports for clients.
- Ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered with high quality.
- Take initiative and responsibility for the overall uplift and growth of the accounts.
- Demonstrate dedication, accountability, and problem-solving skills in all tasks.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in account management is a MUST (agency background).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and advertising tools.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English.
- Passionate, proactive, and committed to delivering results.
