Job Description

We are collaborating with a dynamic, high-growth fintech/SaaS company seeking a seasoned professional to lead one of its flagship strategic accounts - a top-tier financial services client delivering more than $100 million in annual revenue.

This is a prominent, high-influence role reporting directly to the Global Account Director. You will serve as the key relationship steward, trusted strategic partner, and primary commercial driver, nurturing a enduring partnership focused on innovation and mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete client relationship end-to-end, spanning multiple geographies and business units.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), strategic workshops, and executive steering committee meetings (requiring frequent international travel).
  • Develop and execute account strategy, drive revenue expansion, oversee P&L responsibility, and ensure precise forecasting.
  • Uncover and capitalize on new product adoption and market expansion opportunities.
  • Spearhead complex commercial negotiations and contract renewals, with support from legal teams.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across internal functions (product, technical, creative, finance, and project teams) to achieve outstanding client results.
  • Mentor and guide a high-performing account team to foster professional growth and excellence.

Who You Are:

  • Demonstrated success in managing a global account exceeding $100 million in the financial services sector (ideally within payment networks, card issuers, major banks, or fintech).
  • Proven consistent year-over-year revenue growth across diverse regions and product portfolios.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, with confidence in leading negotiations, developing innovative business models, and taking full P&L ownership.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulated industries and proven ability to establish trust and credibility with VP- and C-suite executives.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strategic thinking paired with superior execution capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Extensive experience presenting to boards, facilitating quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and converting data insights into actionable strategies.
