Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior Account Manager (OEM / Distributor Ecosystem) for one of our partners, a leader in the Solar Energy System Service industry!
Job Summary:
The Senior Account Manager (OEM / Distributor Ecosystem) will own and grow the automotive vertical by managing OEMs, distributors, dealers, and showroom networks; drive revenue, partnerships, and EV infrastructure integration across the full value chain.
Responsibilities:
Manage and expand relationships with:
- Automotive OEMs.
- National distributors & agents.
- Dealer networks & showrooms.
- Drive EV charger sales + bundled solutions (hardware + software + services).
- Develop and execute dealer-level activation strategies.
- Train, influence, and motivate showroom sales teams to push EV + charging solutions.
Identify upsell opportunities across:
- Charger upgrades.
- Maintenance contracts.
- Software integration.
- Build structured pipeline and ensure conversion discipline.
- Coordinate internally with marketing, technical, and operations teams.
Requirements:
8–10 years experience in:
- Automotive OEM / distributor sales
- OR automotive aftermarket / dealer network management
- Strong account management with multi-stakeholder environments
- Proven ability to influence non-direct sales teams (showrooms)
- Prior experience within the electric vehicle (EV), mobility, or closely related industries is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong field orientation, with a hands-on approach and willingness to spend significant time engaging with clients and partners outside of a traditional office environment.
- Results-driven commercial mindset, combining proactive business development capabilities with a structured and disciplined approach to execution.
