Role Overview

  • Lead the strategic ownership of major client portfolios, delivering exceptional service while driving revenue growth through targeted upselling and cross-selling of Open Innovation's product and solutions ecosystem.
  • Shape and recommend annual revenue budgets, monitor performance against forecasts, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
  • Expand adoption of Open Innovation's platforms across enterprise accounts and new strategic prospects by positioning capabilities as core enablers of digital and AI transformation.
  • Define and execute short- and long-term growth strategies, translating them into actionable plans that consistently surpass commercial targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term executive relationships by deeply understanding client priorities and advising on the most relevant technology-transformation pathways.
  • Serve as the primary executive contact for key accounts, ensuring alignment between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
  • Provide consultative leadership across pre-sales, sales, and delivery cycles, guiding teams on solution positioning, value articulation, and deal strategy.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong exposure to AI products, advisory services, digital transformation, or technical/management consulting.
  • 10+ years of experience in client leadership, enterprise relationship management, or partner success.
  • Solid understanding of AI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and modern enterprise technology landscapes.
  • Experience working within partnership ecosystems and applying industry best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management, communication, and executive-influencing capabilities.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
