Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager / Senior Account Representative with 5+ years of experience managing and growing B2B SaaS accounts. The role focuses on maintaining long-term client relationships, driving account expansion, and supporting clients across Egypt and GCC markets, with exposure to Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market SaaS accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities for SaaS and integration solutions
  • Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and integrations
  • Understand client business needs and recommend suitable API and system integration solutions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals
  • Monitor account performance, usage, and revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate account data and forecasts in CRM systems
  • Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Senior Sales Representative in B2B SaaS
  • Strong experience managing long-term client relationships
  • Good understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integrations
  • Experience dealing with regional or GCC clients (Saudi exposure is a strong plus)
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Background in integration platforms, middleware, or enterprise software
  • Experience working remotely or in hybrid teams
