Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager / Senior Account Representative with 5+ years of experience managing and growing B2B SaaS accounts. The role focuses on maintaining long-term client relationships, driving account expansion, and supporting clients across Egypt and GCC markets, with exposure to Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market SaaS accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities for SaaS and integration solutions
- Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and integrations
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable API and system integration solutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals
- Monitor account performance, usage, and revenue growth
- Maintain accurate account data and forecasts in CRM systems
- Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Senior Sales Representative in B2B SaaS
- Strong experience managing long-term client relationships
- Good understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integrations
- Experience dealing with regional or GCC clients (Saudi exposure is a strong plus)
- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Background in integration platforms, middleware, or enterprise software
- Experience working remotely or in hybrid teams
