Socialeyez is seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Account Manager to lead strategic social media initiatives for key clients. The role involves managing client relationships, developing data-driven social media strategies, overseeing content execution, and guiding internal teams to deliver impactful digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong client servicing skills, leadership, and deep knowledge of social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key social media clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their brand, marketing objectives, and KPIs.
- Lead account strategy discussions, presentations, and reporting meetings.
- Manage multiple accounts while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Social Media Strategy
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client marketing goals.
- Identify content opportunities, platform strategies, and campaign ideas.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms.
Campaign & Content Oversight
- Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to develop engaging campaigns.
- Oversee content calendars, community management, and campaign execution.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all platforms.
Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Prepare monthly reports and insights with actionable recommendations.
- Optimize campaigns based on data and audience behavior.
Team Leadership
- Guide and mentor social media executives and account managers.
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative, production, paid media, and strategy.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in social media and agency account management.
- Proven experience managing government accounts.
- Strong understanding of major platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills.
