Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic and key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and large corporate partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular business reviews and market insights.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, or Business Development.
  • Previous experience in the banking sector or a similar industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-net-worth clients (HNWIs) and large corporate accounts.
  • Proven track record in building strategic partnerships and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
