Emperor MENA is gearing up for an ambitious reporting season. We are looking for up to 3 exceptional
Senior Account Managers or Account Directors to join our team during the upcoming reporting season, with the potential for these roles to evolve into long-term partnerships.
If you are a master of corporate storytelling who can navigate the nuances of bilingual (Arabic-English) reporting for a prestigious regional portfolio, we are very keen to hear from you.
As a Senior Client Services Professional, you are the bridge between our clients ambitions and our creative execution. You will oversee the delivery of world-class integrated and regulatory reports, ensuring every milestone is met with precision and flair. We're keen to hear from freelancers/contractors and people looking for a longer-term place to call home.
Location: Remote (must be based in the region and align with the UAE business hours)
Timings: late summer/early autumn 2026 start, initially around 5 months, with the potential to build a longer-term partnership
Flexibility: We are keen to hear from seasoned freelancers/contractors, but also those looking for a longer-term partnership
What you'll be doing in this role
- Working with the Client team leader and supported by an Account Executive and consultancy team, deliver English and Arabic Integrated Reports and ESG Reports across our large regional client base
- Responsible for all aspects of project planning and internal resource management, including scheduling, briefing of creative and artwork teams, coordination of external writers and translators, to optimise efficiency and ensure all deliverables align with client expectations.
- As the main client contact, you will take a proactive approach to project management and building both client and internal relationships
What you'll need to be successful in this role
- Strong written and spoken English and Arabic skills
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy throughout the process
- Experience delivering Annual Reports is a must, and if you have delivered broader integrated or ESG reports, that would be a good-to-have!
- Strong and collaborative work ethic
