Role Description
- Manage accounts receivable team and support their routine issues.
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Prepare and present accounts receivable reports and analyses to management.
- Communicate effectively with customers to facilitate timely payments and resolve billing issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the accounts receivable process.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure smooth invoicing and collection processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivable transactions
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a preference for experience in the food and beverage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to work collaboratively within a team.
