We are looking for a Senior Accountant & Admin with proven experience in construction or landscaping companies.
Candidates without construction/landscape experience will NOT be considered.
Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Accountant & Admin
• MUST have experience in Construction or Landscaping companies
• Strong knowledge of:
• VAT (UAE)
• WPS (Wage Protection System)
• Zoho
• Tally
• Able to handle accounting and admin tasks independently
• Senior-level, hands-on, detail-oriented
• Strong understanding of:
• Invoicing
• Payments & receipts
• Petty cash
• Payroll
• Supplier & subcontractor accounts
• Basic HR & admin tasks
Responsibilities:
• Handling full accounting cycle
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• Managing WPS payroll
• Working with Zoho & Tally
• Invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Managing supplier and subcontractor accounts
• Organizing financial and admin documents
• Preparing reports for management
