Senior Accountant

The ideal candidate will have solid accounting experience with exposure to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, taxes, bank transactions, and reconciliations. They will be detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, including invoices, payments, collections, and customer/vendor balances.
• Support Treasury activities, including cash management, bank transactions, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle tax-related accounting and compliance requirements.
• Manage employee and company custodial accounts and ensure proper reconciliation and documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with audits and prepare required financial documentation.
• Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Egyptian tax regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
