Job Title: Senior Accountant – Manpower Industry (KSA Experience Required)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in manpower and staffing companies within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, and manage payroll and invoicing processes related to manpower services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Process payroll in compliance with the Wage Protection System (WPS).
- Handle invoicing and revenue recognition for manpower contracts.
- Ensure compliance with KSA financial regulations, including VAT and ZATCA requirements.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and maintain proper tax documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor project costs and profitability for manpower contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and international accounting standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within manpower or staffing companies in KSA.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT, ZATCA, and financial regulations.
- Experience with payroll processing and manpower billing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or QuickBooks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA are an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
