Senior Accountant - Construction

Are you an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in Construction, Fit-Out, or Real Estate industries We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing team and play a key role in financial management and business performance.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 6+ years of accounting experience

Proven experience in Construction, Fit-Out, or Real Estate sectors

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Experience with VAT compliance, audits, and statutory reporting

Proficient in ERP/Accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports

Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions

Monitor project costing, revenue recognition, and profitability

Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and VAT requirements

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders

Support senior management with financial insights and strategic planning
